    Re: Hall of Fame Game

Yes they did but name 3 good teams in the NFC at that time. They are also a #1 seed each time, so they only had to win one game at home to get to the championship, which they lost 3 out of 4, or 4 out of 5 times.

    Re: Hall of Fame Game

Without a passing game to help out their running game, the Eagles wont do jack in the NFC East.

    Re: Hall of Fame Game

The thing is, they had this passing game before TO and they did well. I think they need a back that can run, Westbrook is good out of the backfield but he's never going to be a guy that you want to carry the ball gaining a yard late in the game. The biggest disadvantage to them is the rest of the NFC East has improved since they were able to not be great and win.
What we've got here is failure to communicate. Some men you just can't reach, so you get what we had here last week which is the way he wants it. Well, he gets it.

Exactly Rock. See, I don't think the iggles have much of a running game. They have a short passing game that they use as the run, but your gonna see Westbrook with 20 touches a game and 10 of them through the air. Who else is going to carry the ball for them?

Do they still have Buckhalter or no?

    Moats is sorta like Westbrook.

I dont worry about the eagles passing game, McNabb can usually run around until someone gets open, thats the way its always been.

    Re: Hall of Fame Game

No. I think he is either done for due to injuries, or went elsewhere. Here is their depth chart at RB:

    36 Brian Westbrook
    23 Ryan Moats
35 Bruce Perry (and he went down with a neck injury/concussion last night)

I think Buckhalter is on PUP list. Not sure about that.

Maybe. I cannot find him on any depth charts in the NFL. You would think he would be somewhere. Mahe is the 4th string back in Philly.
